Class contents
  • Using Zoom and other tools, students can experience the content of classes at overseas language schools while in Japan.
  • Café Social, a voluntary program, provides an opportunity to talk with students at the University of Victoria.
  • Students can exchange ideas and learn from each other about the social and cultural characteristics and lifestyles of Canada and Japan through the program.
  • Students will experience a timetable that focuses on improving their speaking skills in a small group setting that only online can provide.
Class hours 10 hours per week x 4 weeks = 40 hours
3 hours out of 10 hours per week are allocated to real-time lectures and 7 hours are on-demand classes (assignments)
Real-time
lecture (Zoom)		 Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
(Canada time: every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6pm)

Class levels Five levels from beginner to advanced (Levels 1 - 5)
Classes are determined by placement test
Students are placed at the level appropriate for them.
Costs CAD$895
(approx. 83,000 yen *estimated at the exchange rate on October 19, 2021)
CAD$ = Canadian dollars

Deposit CAD$25 (to be applied to the tuition fee of CAD$895)
No refund in case of program cancellation after application
